If you have a DIRECT BILL policy with any of the following carriers – Amerisafe, Amtrust, Badger Mutual, Chubb/Westchester, Employers, GUARD, ICW, Illinois Casualty Company, Openly, Pie Insurance, SPRISKA, SECURA, Seneca – DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT.
